Call for Papers
The organisers are calling for papers. All structured papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. Please use the templates provided on the link below this section.
Submissions aligned to the conference theme of “Disrupting Business as Usual”, or other topics relevant to engineering education are welcome:
Disrupting Business as Usual
The concept of disruption is ubiquitous in business and society. We propose this theme to focus our attention on the disruptive influences on higher education and engineering education in particular. This theme is broad, enabling contributions from a wide range of contexts and perspectives including curriculum, pedagogy, continuing education, work integrated learning, microcredentials, educational tools and research processes.
Full paper submissions are due for review by 8 September 2020. Papers up to a maximum page limit of 7 pages (2 pages for workshop proposals) will be reviewed using the AAEE Conference Paper Review Criteria in the following categories:
- Education Research Papers
- Academic Practice Papers
- Theoretical Papers
- Workshop Full Proposals
Work-in-progress papers are acceptable, providing they have appropriate grounding in the relevant literature and offer clear directions for ongoing work.
Following the conference, the editorial team of the Australasian Journal of Engineering Education, with assistance from the AAEE2020 Technical Committee, will invite authors of the most significant and original papers presented at the conference, and to expand their work for submission to the Journal.https://watermarkevents.com.au/
